Gotta say, I'm glad that the trend of headless body-shots has passed. Was pondering that one, as well as the tchotchkes you can buy in gift shoppes in which we have a headless bride and groom,, etc-- everything from the neck down. No blood at the top, so they haven't been beheaded, apparently.... culturally speaking, what's the significance? That we're more interested in the clothes than the people? hmmm...
I think the idea (not sure it works, just the idea) is especially true in YA. Your headless bride and groom ... not so sure about that.
