Well-reviewed novelist turns to self-publishing

The changes in the publishing word in the 15 years I’ve been it sometimes make me dizzy. The Washington Post had a story about author Jon Clinch, whose book, Finn, I remember reading great reviews of. (Kind of weird to think that was 2007, because in my mind it was fairly recent - recent enough that I think of it as a book I’m planning on reading “soon.”)

Even after he had two books with great reviews, he did not have great sales. So now he’s turned to self-publishing.
