Which book deal isn't real?

Stolen shamelessly from Gawker.com, who in turn ripped it off from Publishers Marketplace Deal Lunch. Which of the following is not a real book deal?

Fiction: Thriller
Rayo Casablaca's 6 SICK HIPSTERS, about six friends who try to take down a serial killer after realizing he is systematically taking out Williamsburg, Brooklyn's most famous underground hipsters, to John Scognamiglio at Kensington, by Jessica Regel at the Jean V. Naggar Literary Agency.

Non-fiction: General/Other
Author of WHAT TO EAT and recipient of the James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award Marion Nestle and Malden Nesheim's WHAT PETS EAT, demystifying food choices for pet owners, to Becky Saletan at Harcourt, in a pre-empt, by Lydia Wills at Paradigm (world).

Non-fiction:Memoir Kimberly Chisholm's HUMP: THE STICKY INTERSECTION OF SEX AND PARENTING, an inspiring and humorous compilation of true stories exploring the last taboo subject -- do parents of young kids ever have sex? -- to Elizabeth Beier at St. Martin's, in a nice deal, by Jennifer de la Fuente at Venture Literary (NA).

Children's: Young Adult
Grammy-nominated musician Avril Lavigne's MAKE 5 WISHES color manga books, in which an introverted teenager gets a series of wishes granted by a demon go bad and then meets her hero -- Avril Lavigne, who helps her find the courage to conquer her own personal demons, to Betsy Mitchell at Del Rey Manga, for publication in April 2007 and July 2007, by Terry McBride at Nettwerk Management (world).

Of course, the trick answer is that they are all real.
