Nag, nag, nag

I should:
• pretend my head is a balloon and my spine is the string
• measure my hunger level on a scale from 1 to 10
• push back my cuticles
• feel my feelings instead of pushing them back
• stop swearing
• pick up the house so that it doesn’t look like vagrants have broken in and are squatting here
• do Kegels
• do crunches
• do an hour of vigorous exercise every single fricking day
• kiss my husband more often
• write a thousand words a day
• make sure we have enough saved for retirement
• practice reciting all those Bible verses and even whole books of the Bible that I memorized years ago
• email my friends back right away
• volunteer

Etc.
