We're in trouble: One in four adults read NO books last year

One in four adults read no books at all last year, none, zero, nada, according to a new study. And reading between the lines, we need more Democrats, women, older folks, Southerners, and liberals. I meet every one of those criteria but one or perhaps two.

I think I know where the time to read went. I read another survey that showed that people aged 50-64 now spend nine hours a week on line, vs. seven a few years back. Where did those nine hours come from?
