This continues to be my post popular post ever. I think the ability to do clover leaf tongue is much more common than they originally thought. I never tried tongue to elbow and don't come close.…

Yeah it seems like there are small muscles and if you can just access those you are good. Probably similar to wiggling your ears or your nose. It's trying to make the connection that's hard.
