I love to cook, and now that I'm not working, I need to make more time for it. Tonight we're having:
- white bean and garlic dip with baby carrots and a variety of crackers
- wild sockeye salmon with grapefruit/shallot/basil relish
- pasta with arugula gremolata, gorgonzola, golden raisins, cherry tomatoes, and toasted walnuts
- fresh Hood strawberries
- homemade icecream sandwiches
