I will never complain about rain again. Here's what one TV station says, "Expect up to 6 inches of snow today in Portland, and more in the hills. In the mountains, expect several feet of snow. A blizzard warning is in effect for the Columbia River Gorge. For some people, there is still shopping and other holiday preparations to take care of this weekend. Every agency we have heard from is telling people to get those things done TODAY, as the heavy snow will be the least of our worries if the predicted 1/2 inch if ice expected Sunday comes to fruition."
So to recap:
Today - 6 inches of snow. Today is the GOOD day. Sunday - 1/2 inch of ice on top of snow.
