Any lawyers out there? Do you think I'm off the hook?

Last September, I was called to serve on a Federal jury. A few weeks before it was to occur, it was pushed out to March. I hustled to turn in all my projects by then. The night before I called in on the hotline, and it said something like, "Your jury service has been completed. Thank you." (I'm guessing someone settled?)

Now I've been called up for jury duty in Multnomah County. Possibly grand jury duty, which lasts a month. However, the web site says, "You are not eligible to be a juror if you have reported for jury duty in a state or federal court in Oregon within the previous 24 months, even if you were not called to a courtroom or selected for a jury. "

So do you think what happened in March counts as "reporting for jury duty"?
