Back on track

One week later and my back is nearly back to normal.

Stuff that helped
-Walking every day - even the day it took me more than an hour to walk two miles
-Getting Teen to pick up anything that fell on the floor
-Lying on my back with pillows under my knees
-Putting a rolled up pillow in the small of my back when I was sitting
-Sleep cocktail: one naproxen plus one expired Flexeril plus two Tylenol PM
-Free 15 minute massage I got at gym (kind of like a pusher giving out free heroin samples)

Stuff that was neutral or less than neutral
-Trying to find accupressure points
-Sitting at a concert for three hours
-When Teen was gone and stuff fell on the floor
