It's like AT&T doesn't want my business

- It took over 90 minutes, 3 online chats, one dead-end web site, and one clueless phone guy to get us new service.
- Except we didn't get new service. We got three identical emails saying there was a problem.
- When I called, I was on hold for 32 minutes!
- When I finally spoke to someone, his Indian accent was so thick I had to keep asking to repeat things.
- And now they say we have to go in with two pieces of ID to an AT&T store. I could not understand if one needed to have a SS number on it.
- And then we get to call the same number where I just waited on hold for 32 minutes back!
- Argh!
